font files are optimized by prod.py and put into the prod/ directory to be used in production, plus minor indentation and accessibility change on home page

added script to optimize font files (result is in new directory /prod), fixed indent in home page and made bullet characters hidden from accessibility tools c743035cb8

added production environment setup instructions to README, made browser headless, removed prod/ folder from repo 0383ccd1f1
